Automatic linear chain tensioners are automatic devices which allow to keep the right tension of the transmission chain so it lasts longer. In addition they recover the stretching that the chain has little by little during its functioning.

So thanks to the automatic linear chian tensioners you can avoid vibrations and noise linked to functioning.

These automatic linear chain tensioners do not need the intervention of any workers so you can save time for the maintenance and for the control of the machineries on which they are set up. 

The linear chain tensioners TO 05 DP1, TA 05  has the body made of plastic and the tensioning head in PE1000 UHMW. 

The body is in PA66+ Molybdenum Disulfide and the tensioning head in anti-seize plastic with low friction coefficient ( Polyethylene 1'000'000 dynamic friction coefficient 0,06 dry steel ). They resist to temperature up to 65° C.

The polyethylene heads have a wear and tear almost at zero and are available for ISO and ASA simple, double or triple chain. 

Inside the body there are two zinc coated steel studs pushed by steel springs. On them we set up the tensioning head. 

They are set up and checked manually one by one  by a skilled staff to get the best quality control and perfect functioning.

The high quality materials, the workmanship and the components tolerance made with our CNC machinery allow the product to work perfectly and have a very long life expectancy . 

It is possible to get various type of forces. 

All types have pivots, springs and set up elements in stainless steel AISI 304.
