Descripción

CABEZAS DE TENSIÓN PE 1000 UHMW

Las cabezas de tensión son en material plástico anti- desgaste con bajo coeficiente de fricción ( Polietileno 1000 coeficiente de fricción cinética 0,06 acero seco). Ellas pueden soportar temperaturas hasta 80° C.

Estan disponibles en diferentes perfiles y tienen un desgaste a cero. Hay cabezas por cadena simple, doble o triple tipo ASA o ISO con perfil oval o redondo. 

Son tratadas con nuestros CNC y controladas para un personal especializado para obtener el mejor control de calidad y permitir al producto de fonctionar perfectamente y durar mucho tiempo.

El material utilizado por nuestros productos es Polietileno 1000 pero a petición podemos hacer productos de deseño en Polietileno 9000 o Polietileno 2000 que puede ser utilizado en el sector de la alimentación.
