Description

TCR1-SS automatic rotary spring-action tensioners for the food industry, completely in stainless steel has the base and lever machined from solid AISI 304, bushings in plastic material food-grade for rod glide and all mechanical parts and fasteners in AISI 304/316, spring in AISI 302. Tensioning angle 60° in both directions of rotation. Equipped with idle chain tensioner pinion and double shielded bearings in stainless steel.
