Automatic elements chain tensioners are automatic devices which allow to keep the right tension of the transmission chain so it lasts longer.In addition they recover the stretching that the chain has little by little during its functioning.So thanks to the automatic tensioners you can avoid vibrations and noise linked to functioning.

These automatic tensioners do not need the intervention of any workers so you can save time for the maintenance and for the control of the machineries on which they are set up. 

Type RHP  have light alloy body and lever  and a PE 1000 UHMW tensioning head. 

They have two light alloy bases and a lever whose features are the high sturdiness and the light weight.

Inside the bases there are 4 rubber elastomers with high elastic memory. In addition there is a lever with bore and thread where the tensioning head is set up. The head material is anti wear and tear plastic with very low friction coefficient  ( Polyethylene 1000 UHMW dynamic coefficient 0,06 dry steel). They resist to temperatures up to 80° C.

The bore position is perfect to allow you to set up accessories keeping the elastic elements loads within mechanical limits. The product lasts longer.

They are different compared to similar items on the market as they are completely dismantled so in case of wrong set up or machinery troubles linked to overloads or other causes, you have the possibility to have maintenance and if it is necessary you can replace the internal parts very easily and saving money.

They can be easily set up with internal or external screw.

They have a stop slot to block the rotation.

Tension useful angle 30° in both sense of rotation .
