ZETASASSI® ROTARY CHAIN TENSIONER - TCR with idler sprocket

Rotary chain tensioners type TCR1 and TCR2 have a light alloy body and lever and a sprocket.
They have the body and the lever made of a special anti-seize light alloy perfect for this use. They have a perfect sliding of the lever on the zinc-coated central pivot. They are back closed with a zinc coated hexagon.
The internal steel elastic elements have a very high yield point and initial pre-load. There is a steady pressure excursion.
The lever has a bore in the right position to have room enough to set up any accessories keeping the elastic elements loads within the mechanical limits. By this way the products has a very long life.
They include a sprocket with double shielding bearing of various sizes and materials.
The set up is very easy you can use an internal or external screw to fix them to the machine.
Useful tensioning angle 45°TC2 and 60°TC1 in both sense of rotation.
They can work with a temperature up to 130° C.
