ZETASASSI® ROTARY TENSIONER - TC with hole or threaded bore
Automatic tensioners are automatic devices which allow to keep the right tension of the transmission chain so it lasts longer.
In addition they recover the stretching that the chain has little by little during its functioning.
So thanks to the automatic tensioners you can avoid vibrations and noise linked to functioning.
These automatic tensioners do not need the intervention of any workers so you can save time for the maintenance and for the control of the machineries on which they are set up.
Type TC1 and TC2 have a light alloy body and lever.
They have the body and the lever made of a special anti-seize light alloy perfect for this use. They have a perfect sliding of the lever on the zinc-coated central pivot. They are back closed with a zinc coated hexagon.
The internal steel elastic elements have a very high yield point and initial pre-load. There is a steady pressure excursion.
The lever has a bore in the right position to have room enough to set up any accessories keeping the elastic elements loads within the mechanical limits. By this way the products has a very long life.
The set up is very easy you can use an internal or external screw to fix them to the machine.
They have a locking slot to stop the rotation and adjustment marks for the pre-load.
Useful tensioning angle 45°TC2 and 60°TC1 in both sense of rotation.
Lack of synthetic materials so they can work with temperatures up to 130°C.
